Transonica is established in our own spacious building  and can comfortably accommodate more than 50 employees. Our computer Systems 21 in number belong to Celerons@2.6 and above range. Our 2 Servers are Pentium IVs with 1 GB RAM.

The network infrastructure has been laid by professional personnel, also backed up by their prompt Technical Support. We have implemented Secure Server/Client Network.

Our network is backed up by UPS to ensure uninterrupted supply of power throughout the day. To implement security we have installed Firewalls and Antivirus on all the systems.  We have a dedicated broadband internet connection from Hathway @ 512 KbPs and BSNL Data One Broadband connection @ 512 KbPs.

Data Security

We ensure that our clients' data is protected with security and firewalls. We stick to HIPAA regulations with due regards to our clients' and patients' confidential records.

Our network and systems are highly secure with the implementation of Server/Domain system. All our employees require to sign a confidentiality agreement before being employed. Each user can log on with secure passwords into their own account and can't access other users' files. This ensures high security and confidentiality for our clients' data. We have installed antivirus and firewalls in our servers and all our client systems.
